You will be able to see photos of jobs that have been completed similar to yours.

You will be furnished with a written and itemized proposal for all construction involved.

You will recieve prompt and courtious answers to your questions.

You will be advised of any items that you need to do prior to construction.

You will be given an accurate schedule of the expected start and completion time of the project (subject to weather and other delays).

Top quality materials will be used in the construction of your project:

• All foundation concrete will exceed that required by local codes.
• Floor decks will be strong and straight exceeding code requirements.
• All materials exposed to the air that are not painted will be pressure treated to make them rot and bug resistant.
• All structural materials will be of sufficient size and be installed on 24" o.c.
• All fasteners will be ring shanked and galvenized and be nailed in with pneumatic tools so as not to leave hammer marks.
• Windows will be high quality insulated vinyl or wood to match the owner's preferences. Windows generally have a warrantee of 10 years to lifetime that is matched by our labor guarrantee.
• Doors will be high quality insulated steel or wood to match the owner's preferences.
• Most garages will be assembled with an engineered truss roof.
• Your interior can be customized all the way from roughed in (usually for garages) to fully finished. Interiors will closematch the existing unless otherwise requested by the owner.
• Your HVAC (Heating and Air Conditioning) needs will be designed, evaluated and provided as needed at the owner's request.
• Your Electrical needs will be designed, evaluated and provided as needed at the owner's request.
• Your Plumbing needs will be designed, evaluated and provided for as needed at the owner's request.
• Floorcovering can be included will be builder's grade carpet and vinyl with optional upgrades including ceramic tile available.
• Siding will be Lifetime warranteed vinyl or match the exterior of the home at the owner's request.
• Brick , Stone and Stucco exteriors are available. These can be closematched to the existing.
• Your roof system will closematch your existing with our labor guarantee matching that of the shingle installed (minimum 20 year up to lifetime).
• Your roof system will be designed to complement your existing house and tied in with the same guarantee as the new shingles.
• AARCI will aid the customer in selection and installation of all materials of their garage.

Your project will be installed in a timely and professional mannor in accordance with all local building codes and your requirements. All materials carying a manufacturer's warrantee will be matched with an equal labor quarrantee. The structure of your project is lifetime warranteed.

You will reguarly meet with the person in charge of your project to discuss pending construction issues and to resolve any question or concerns.

Your concerns will be handled in a prompt and professional mannor.

You will walk through the project with us after it's substancial completion to prepair a punchout list to complete by completion of the project.
